管道阻火器結構設計

二、結構設計：Structural design
產品由芯件和殼體兩部份組成，芯件是核心，是由兩層超薄的不銹鋼帶，一條被壓成波N形，另一條平面鋼帶則將它圍繞圓心緊緊纏繞而成。從而構成無數個端面，是小三角形直通流道，而且在芯件內部有一個十字結構的支架（或在表面壓上丫形架）借以增強芯件的牢靠性，避免芯件被點燃的介質所產生的爆炸壓力沖散。介質從三角形狹道中通過，阻火器也正是通過它來阻止火焰在管道中的蔓延，其原理為“器壁效應”，就是火焰與器壁的碰撞進行能量轉換，降低了溫度。以此原理來設計三角形孔的高度阻止火焰的通過，再加上足夠的流道長度來吸收火焰的熱量，使其在芯件中熄滅，避免了氣體在芯件的另一端被復燃的可能性。

管道阻火器結構設計維護
1、為了保證阻火器的性能達到充分使用，在安裝阻火器前，必須認真閱讀廠家提供的說明書。
2、每隔半年應檢查一次。檢查阻火器是否有堵塞、變形或腐蝕等問題。
3、被堵塞的阻火器應清洗干凈，保證每個孔眼暢通，對于變形或腐蝕的阻火層應更換。
4、清洗阻火器芯件時，應采用高壓蒸汽、非腐蝕性溶劑或壓縮空氣吹掃，不得采用鋒利的物件刷洗。
5、重新安裝阻火器時，應更新墊片并確認密封面已清潔和無損傷，不得漏氣。
